You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 18yo platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are legally permitted to engage in online entertainment activities of this nature in your jurisdiction within the Philippines. Each player may hold only one account on the platform; duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. 18yo reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to suspend or close accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily. You must keep yourlogin credentials secure and confidential at all times. You must notify 18yo immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
All transactions on the 18yo platform are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, and local Philippine bank transfers. There is no currency conversion applied at any point — the amount you deposit in PHP is the exact amount credited to your account balance, and withdrawal amounts requested in PHP are the exact amounts sent to your nominated payment method. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed at the point of deposit or withdrawal and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, and 18yo reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Any fees charged by your bank, GCash, or Maya in connection with transactions are the sole responsibility of the account holder and are not covered by 18yo.
All bets placed on 18yo are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game at the time the bet is placed. 18yo reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets differently from initial expectations where an error, technical fault, or data feed issue affects the integrity of a market. In the event of a disputed outcome, 18yo's decision is final and binding. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game or betting market before placing a wager. Odds and game results are determined by the platform's systems and, where applicable, by independent providers; any manifest error in odds or game results may result in the cancellation or recalculation of affected bets at 18yo's discretion. Winnings are credited to your account balance promptly upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.
From time to time, 18yo may offer bonuses, free bets, or promotional rewards to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered. Bonuses may only be used in accordance with their stated terms, and any attempt to abuse or circumvent promotion conditions may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. 18yo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players may only participate in a given promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus balances and real-money balances are treated separately within your account and the order in which each is used is governed by the platform's current wagering rules.
18yo is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all areas of the platform. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, or session time limits to help manage their activity, and these tools are available through the account settings section. If you feel that your gaming activity is becoming harmful to you or others, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available on the platform or to seek support from a professional responsible gaming organisation. Players who choose to self-exclude will not be able to access their account or place bets for the duration of the exclusion period, and 18yo will take reasonable steps to enforce this restriction across its platform. Providing false information to circumvent responsible gaming controls is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure. 18yo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions, is engaged in fraudulent activity, has provided false registration information, holds duplicate accounts, or has attempted to manipulate any game, market, or promotion. In the event of account closure for a breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at 18yo's discretion. Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team; any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. 18yo is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of an account being suspended or closed in accordance with these terms. Where an account is closed due to a regulatory requirement, the player will be notified as soon as is practicable.
All content on the 18yo platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, and data, is the property of 18yo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 18yo. Access to the platform is granted for personal, non-commercial use only, and nothing in these terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to the user. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to 18yo by a user may be used by 18yo without obligation or compensation to the submitting party. Unauthorised use of any platform content may result in account termination and potential legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 18yo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds, loss of data, or interruption of service. 18yo does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously or free from errors, and maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary interruptions to service. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 18yo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by law, 18yo's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 18yo's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 18yo to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 18yo with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the same subject matter.
